Less than 24 hours after the tragic truck exploded in Karu Bridge in Abuja on Wednesday, another truck capsized near the same location.
Viral video shared by witnesses showed the truck lying across the road, preventing movement of vehicles heading to Nyana.
The incident caused significant delays for commuters to use busy routes.
Officials from the Federal Road Safety Force (FRSC) and other law enforcement agencies attacked the scene and are working to remove fallen trucks and ease traffic.
The latest accident occurred on Wednesday night in a devastating explosion of high heels on Karu-nyanya Road. The explosion caused a huge hell, killing six people and destroying 14 cars.
