According to reports, an 80-year-old man has served in Abia State, his wife’s divorce documents.
Human rights activist Ochiegbu Marvelous, who was involved in the matter, said the man was also arrested after accusing her of attempting to poison him five years ago.
According to Ochiegbu, the man sold 20 of his land to deal with his wife, and when his son faced him, he added his son’s name to the petition, calling him the “kidnapper.”
“Last week, an 80-year-old man in my village provided his wife from the High Court for his 70-digit divorce papers. Their first son was in the 40s,” he wrote.
