Abuja-based lawyer Stan Alieke calls for a smaller sentencing to Peter Nwachukwu, husband of late gospel singer Osinachi.
Mr Nwachukwu was sentenced to De@th by hanging on his wife’s de@th today on April 28 in Lagos.
Nwachukwu was first arraigned on June 3, 2022, charged with alleged punishment with De@Th, criminal intimidation, cruelty against children, criminal intimidation against children, spouse fort, etc. Read here.
