    • Bbbnaija season 10 winner emisi announced her homecoming event at ebute metta.
    • The event is scheduled to take place on December 2, 2025, shortly after her victory in the Big Brother Naija competition.
    • Imisi aims to express her gratitude to Ebute Metta’s supporters who voted for her on the show.

Fans were excited when BBNaija Season 10 winner Imisi announced her much-anticipated return as Ebute Metta.

The reality star shared the news on her Instagram, revealing she will be returning to her hometown on December 2, 2025, just months after her Big Brother Naija win. Imisi explained that the event was her way of saying thank you to the people of Ebute Meta who voted for her during the show. She described the event as a transition “from screen to street” and stressed that it was for anyone who believed in her journey.

In preparation for the festivities, Imisi released a list of celebrities expected to attend. These include Toyin Abraham’s husband Kolawole Ajeyemi, one of her supporters on the show; popular Nigerian anchor Peller; sketch producers Cute Abiola and Isbae U; as well as content creators like Kemisity, Samuel Banks, Kidbaby and several others.

Nollywood actresses Seliat and Bolaji Ogunmola will also be in attendance, as well as reality stars Phyna, Wanni and Handi. Musical performances will be performed by singer Sypro and DJ YK, among others.

Since winning BBNaija, Imisi has been at the center of family-related controversies. Her mother took to social media to highlight Imissi’s support for her, even as she actively worked for her success. Fans questioned the winner’s involvement in her family’s life and the role she played in caring for them.

Additionally, Imisi’s mother responded to the circulating rumors and clarified that Imisi was not kicked out of the house when she was 12 years old, nor was she molested. A neighbor who temporarily housed Imisi after she left home later confirmed the details.
