- Alabi Adedeji, deputy director of the National Assembly sergeant, officially reopened her office.

Famous entertainer Charles Oputa (commonly known as Charly Boy) expressed support for Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as she resumed her role in the National Assembly after six months of absence.
According to Naija News, Kogi Central MP returned on Tuesday after being suspended for suspected misconduct. Alabi Adedeji, deputy director of the National Assembly Sergeant, formally reopened her office, which shows that she has fully restored her legislative responsibilities.
Charly Boy went to Instagram to celebrate the Senator’s comeback and praised her determination amid political obstacles.
On X (formerly Twitter), he wrote: “Una don to say says Senator Natasha Don joins the National Assembly? You can’t mess with alpha women like dat. It seems they’ve exhausted the lies; the only option available is to reveal or face international sanctions. Akpabio, be careful next time, don’t all women be tanta.”
Senator Akpti Uduargen was suspended in March after a dispute with Senate President Godswill Akpabio. She had previously accused him of sexual harassment, which was an allegation he denied. However, the report shows that her suspension is related to other issues beyond the harassment claim.
After returning, the senator remained firm, saying she had no regrets and refused to apologize for the matter.
