Members representing Burutu constituency 1 have welcomed Governor Sheriff Oberevwori to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Delta State Capitol.
Nigeria’s Daily Report reported that Oborevwori, his appointees and followers, fell from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday into the APC of the Delta State.
Alapala’s reaction to development, describing Oborevwori’s defection to APC as “a unified will where we stand and split the principle that we belong to the broom, a conceptualized sign of progressives.”

“The deal you have from there to here is the most popular and valued movement and our Party (APC) is delighted and pleased to bring you all excellence and leaders and into the progressive movement of our dear state.
“As an individual, as the only one elected in the Ilya Parliamentary Member in the South of the Delta in the last state election, I cannot curb my joy because I think it is a purely sacred work that makes my respected leaders from constituency to state level, even at parties, there are more parties than parties, and it is a competent party, and it is a competent party. Inside”.
Alabara also thanked Oberevwori “for his father role in ensuring that our beloved country is above political and party sentiment.”
Members also welcomed his colleagues in parliament, especially House Speaker Emomotimi Guwor, who described their actions with the governor as “proving the integrity relationship between the state’s legislature and other governments”.
He added: “It’s a tsunami and only those who oppose the progress of our country will be dissatisfied. But for all of us, it’s just a step to put our country in an ever-increasing light.”
Alabara praised APC’s national and state chairman Bola Tinubu “for their strong commitment to the development of our beloved political party. We will continue to welcome more states into progressive discounts as we collectively support the president’s new hope for Nigerians.”
