After the recent war against them, the Indigenous Doctors Association of Anambra State convened the governor.
-
This comes after the Governor’s Office issued a statement about his work.
-
The governor clarified that only traditionalists who help criminals can be arrested and prosecuted.
Anambra Governor Chukwuma Soludo is adopting new approaches to reduce crime in the state as he deals with local doctors in the state.
According to the collection, Sorudo declared the war after reporting on their involvement in criminal activities and recruiting charms for criminals.
After obtaining this information, Indigenous doctors across the state attracted attention when they wrote to the governor’s office.
Soludo noted in the latest statement from the Information Commissioner’s Office in Anambra State that not all local doctors are under heating.
Mefor said while clarifying the statement;
For the unsuspecting public, I want to address the recent misinformation that has emerged in the despair of Governor Chukukwuma Soludo’s position on the local doctors,”
“To keep the record, Soludo never declared war on all local doctors, but rather on fake and demonic local doctors involved in criminal activities.
“The individuals and organizations concerned have been investigating indigenous doctors in the Southeast and have revealed shocking revelations that reflect what Sorudo is saying.
transparentSome local doctors are involved in preparing charm for kidnappers and armed robbers and are considered to be involved in the evil customs that may not rule out human sacrifices for money and protection.
“These demonic rituals have evoked “self”, “oke-itch” and “yahoo plus” as well as idolatry and quickly returned to Ibo’s socio-cultural life, Soludo, out of responsibility and responsiveness, has moved into this evil and evil practice, powerless and unrelated to human beings.
He added that the governor is not talking about traditional religions, but is just trying to curb the use of spiritual power in criminal activities.
They mislead young people and, if not stopped, will turn the country into a society of soul. ” he said.
“The path forward requires a clearer and more understanding. We must recognize that not all local doctors are involved in crime and that traditional medicine has a rich cultural heritage.
“Thus those who are actually engaged in trade know nothing about Sorudo’s declaration. But, as we also admit, fake local doctors are involved in criminal activities, they must be exposed and brought to justice in order to disinfect this practice, rooted in our criminal acts and safeguard the country.. ”
