

Afrobeats star Asake achieved an extraordinary milestone on Nigeria’s Spotify rankings, becoming the first artist to have two albums spent 100 weeks in the top 10 of the platform.
According to the latest data, Asake’s breakthrough album Mr. Mone and Vibe (MMWTV) Now, an impressive 126 weeks have been recorded in the top ten, it is one of the most popular projects in the country’s digital music history.
His sophomore effort, artworkrecently joined the exclusive club and played 100 weeks in the top ten, a rare feat that further cemented Asake’s dominance in the Nigerian music industry.
To prove his consistency and popularity, all three of Asake’s albums remain in the top ten in Spotify Nigeria, showing his ongoing commercial appeal and growing global recognition for Afrobeats.
