The suspected bandits have K! In a late-night attack by TSAFE, a government secondary school official in Zamfara State, a retired middle school teacher, Mallam Kabiru, and three women, including his wife, were kidnapped.
Zamfara State Police spokesman DSP Yazid Abubakar confirmed the incident to a journalist, saying the attackers attacked the site Saturday night.
He explained: “They wanted to kidnap him, but he refused. That was when he was shot. His wife and two others were taken away.”
He further revealed that the police tactical squad and other security agents have been deployed to the area and are currently pursuing attackers.
He added: “The troops were mobilized and were tracking the kidnappers. I assure you that the victims will not be harmed.”
