    • Big Brother Naija season 10 runner-up Dede Asiogwu has dismissed claims that regional bias affected the outcome of the show.
    • The “Ten to Ten” edition ends with Yimisi winning the game.
    • Imisi won the grand prize of ₦150 million.

Big Brother Naija season 10 runner-up Dede Asiogwu has dismissed claims that the show’s results were influenced by regional bias.

The Ten for Ten campaign ended on Sunday with Imisi emerging as the winner, taking home the £150 million jackpot.

After the final, the Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Media, Ossai Ovie Success, claimed on his official X page that the results were rigged. He claimed Dede was unfairly denied the win because organizers allegedly didn’t want another Delta native to win after Kelly Ray, also from Delta, claimed the title last season. Osei further argued that Dede deserved to win and even hinted at possible legal action, saying the result was the result of a “rigged vote.”

Speaking at an awards ceremony held at the offices of MultiChoice in Lagos on Tuesday, Dede dismissed the allegations and said Imisi’s award was legitimate.

“I don’t think it has anything to do with district favoritism. It all comes down to her getting the most votes and she wins. She really deserves it,” Dede said.

The Delta-born reality star also said she plans to explore opportunities in the entertainment and creative industries, especially showbiz.

“Expect all the amazing things you’ve never seen or imagined before. That’s what I bring,” she added confidently.
