Media person and brand influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa once again threw her weight behind his close friend Hilda Baci as she faced another Guinness World Records Challenge.
On Friday, Enioluwa went on Instagram to post photos and videos with Hilda, praising her with her determination and described her as “go-getter” and “one of the greatest blessings” of his life.
“You didn’t expect you to not finish. he wrote.
He further pointed out that he would cheer her on when she was challenged at the Gino World Jollof Festival in Eko Hotel parking lot B in Lagos.
Hilda’s goal is to set a new record by preparing the world’s largest jollof rice in a huge custom pot of 22,619 liters, requiring about 250 bags of rice. The festival is expected to attract more than 20,000 guests.
In May 2023, the celebrity chef made headlines first when cooking for 93 hours and 11 minutes, winning the Guinness World Record and winning the longest personal cooking marathon. However, the feat was later broken by Irish chef Alan Fisher, who cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes.
In early attempts, Enioluwa was one of her biggest supporters, and has been promoting her on social media and celebrating her milestones.
