
British Youtuber and rapper Yung Filly pleaded not guilty to eight charges during a trip to Australia on eight charges arising from R@PE from a woman in his hotel room.
24-year-old online identity, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, accused of performing on Bar1 Nightclub, was accused of being in her 20s after being a performer at Barrientos. Perth September 28, 2024.
He entered the plea of innocence during a appearance in Perth District Court on Tuesday.
He faces three counts of ass @Ult, one of which forces a person to breathe or circulation normally by putting pressure on his neck, and four counts of sexual penetration without consent.
The district court will hear about the matter in June and he is still receiving $100,000 in bail for free.
During bail, Yung Filly was fined $1,000 and was banned from driving for six months after admitting to being reckless.
He admitted to driving recklessly after driving at 157 km/h on the Perth Expressway on November 17 with a speed limit of 100 km/h.
Filly won a series of BBC introduction jobs on YouTube, and he was revoked by many of his previously recognized brands, including FA, Footasylum and German Doner Kebab, after being indicted.
He went to Australia last September for a series of concerts and just released a new single called “Tumpted” which included the Bar1 nightclub in Perth on September 27.
He allegedly attacked at his hotel after his performance in the early hours of September 28.
Police said they had “extremely serious” prosecution cases supported by CCTV and photography evidence. The photos were not shown in court.
