Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Damini Ogulu performed well at the Women’s European Trophy parade at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.
After a 1-1 draw in overtime, the “African Giants” joined the cheerful Lionesses and won their successful European Championship defense after defeating Spain in a fierce 3-1 penalty shootout. Burna Boy teamed up with British singer Ed Sheeran to attract the crowd with his hit track “My Hands”.
His exciting performance caused a buzz in the stadium, with England coach Sarina Wiegman, the winning players and 100,000 fans attending the conference celebrating his musical rhythm.
This is not the first historical stage for the Bernard Boys. In 2023, he became the first African artist to perform in the Champions League final and was themed on the Brazilian pop music Anitta.
