
Agents from Kogi Vigilante Services arrested Rustler Suleiman Isah, a suspicious cattle in the Omara local government area of the state.
Saka, a spokesman for the department, revealed this in a statement: The suspect was arrested on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
“About March 16, 2025, the Virant Services Agency of Kogi State successfully arrested alleged cattle rustler, Suleiman Isah, Dekina-Omara border (LGA) in Iqpoba, LGA, Omara local government area,” the statement said.
“After the interrogation, the suspect identified his alleged accomplice and boss Sumaila, who lives in Ayangba. Taking this intelligence, the Kogi State Vigilante Service (KSVS) Ayangba Command promptly arrested Sumaila.
“Two suspects, as well as the restored exhibition, were handed over to the Nigerian police, and Omaras conducted further investigations and necessary legal proceedings.
“Kogi State’s alert service department thanks local communities for their cooperation and reaffirms their commitment to addressing crimes in the state.”
