The Abia State High Court sitting in UKWA WEST LGA OBEHIE has suspended enforcement of Senator Adolphus Wabara as chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Judge LTC Eruba, who chaired the matter, restricted Abia State PDP chairman Abraham Amah’s position to implement the moratorium and affect Wabara’s position as robot chair.
The suspension was announced by Amah, who accused Wabara of conducting anti-party activities and praised Governor Alex Otti, one of his alleged sins.
However, the court’s ruling has temporarily suspended the execution of the suspension until the motion is determined.
