

The appeals court declared former Barcelona and Juventus defenders, Dani Alves, who was sexually assaulted, was dismissed for four and a half years in prison.
The 41-year-old was sentenced to a Barcelona nightclub on New Year’s Eve in December 2022. He was released on bail in March 2024 as all parties concerned await the outcome of all appeals filed against the initial ruling.
The court announced a freeman on Friday, March 28, 2025, who denied any misconduct during the three-day trial.
