A 25-year-old terror religious person, Suberu Abdullahi, has been remanded in the Olokuta Correctional Center, Akure, Akure, Ondo State, suspected of M8rder of One Rafiu Adedeji (pictured)
Abdullahi’s address was not brought up by Amotekun Corps, before the three plots of Magistrate Damilola Sekoni, the referee of Akrure, M8rder and membership of the illegal society, Amotekun troops were mentioned.
According to the state prosecutor, the defendant and others’ P. o Nwafor committed the crime on January 7, 2025 at 7:20 a.m. in OWO, OWO, OWO Local Government Area on January 7, 2025.
NWAFOR claims that the defendant and others who are still loose have cut down a Rafiu Addeji to D3ath.
Part of the allegations read in part: “You, Suberu Abdullahi, at 7:20 am on January 7, 2025 at 7:20 am at the border of Ikare in Owo, Ido State, Ikare Junction in Owo, Ido State, indeed illegal rafiu adedeji, thus committing the offences of Article 308 and criminal statutes, illegal acts of 319, criminal statutes, which is 319 cap. 2006.
“You, Suberu Abdullahi, January 7, 2025, at 7:20 am, at the border of Ikare in Owo in Owo in Edo State, Owo in Owo in Owo in Owo, and therefore violated the crime and thus violated the crime in Article 1 (1) (1 (1), religion, secrets and similar laws (cop 39). 2006.”
The prosecutor told the court that the defendant would be returned to the defendant, awaiting the results of legal advice from the Public Litigation Bureau (DPP).
Defense attorney O. Adedapo prayed for an adjournment and asked him to reply to the application for prosecution.
Magistrate Damilola Sekoni adjourned the case on April 16, demanding a response and ordering the defendant to remand in the correctional center.
