Kwara State High Court in Ilorin hangs three artisans through M8rder, a mechanic Saheed Lawal, who is hanging in the state’s OFFA local government area.
Criminals Isiaka Jimoh, Lekan Ahmed and Adebayo Saheed were convicted of murder for criminals for torture of the law for charges of motorcycle oil theft.
The Justice Department of Kwara state prosecuted three people for conspiracy and criminals, a crime under section 221 of the Criminal Code. P4, Laws of Kwara State.
The prosecution, led by Director of Public Prosecutions Ayoola Akande, told the court that the offender committed the crime on November 5, 2020 at a mechanic workshop near the Government Japanese High School in Offa Amuyo.

Judge Adebayo Yusuf ruled Thursday that prosecutors proved that his case was undoubtedly true, including eight witnesses, including Dr. Om Abdulsalam, chief medical director of the State General Hospital, who testified Lawal died upon arrival.
Judge Yusuf said: “From the evidence from the court, the three defendants were responsible for the death of Saheed Lawal, their colleague at the same workshop in OFFA.”
He was hanged and sentenced to the criminal with D3ATH.
Judge Yusuf declared: “These three defendants will die until they breathe for the last time. May God have mercy on their souls.”
