Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, recently celebrated his 33rd birthday with a grand bash.
His wife Chioma celebrated the star’s arrival in Atlanta, USA, with family and friends. The event was attended by his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, his sister Sharon, his father Adedeji Adeleke, cousins and several other close relatives.
During the celebration, Davido reflected on his musical journey, noting that he released his first song at the age of 17. He called this year the most unforgettable of his life, highlighting his marriage to Chioma, the arrival of his children and his ongoing work on a new album.
“I released my first song when I was 17 and now I’m 33. It’s been an incredible year I married the most beautiful woman and we welcomed our baby,” Davido said.
The singer’s birthday celebration was held at Atlanta’s 21,000-seat State Farm Arena, and the event was reportedly a sell-out.
