Davido reveals the time he and Chioma worked with him before getting married and shared why he chose her (video)

Davido reveals why he chose Chioma as his wife.

The singer is a guest on the Bootleg Kev podcast and the host asked him why he decided that Chioma was one.

Davido explained that he met Chioma in his third year of college and they became very close. He added that they have been with each other for eight years.

He said that because they are good friends, they have lived together for 8 years and having three children together means transitioning to marriage is seamless.

“My partner and I have lived together for a long time before we got married. I met her in my third year in college and I was lucky to let us move together early – about eight years before we got married.”

The singer added: “We lived together throughout the process and I’ve been touring the journey. She always knows what I do at work and she knows that I’m happiest when I’m at work. She knows I love music because she loves being in the kitchen.”
