    D’Banj urges federal government to interfere in P square family disputes

    Senior Afrobeats star D’Banj urged the federal government to step in and help resolve the dispute in the ongoing rift between P-Square brothers Peter and Paul Okoye, their older brother Jude Okoye.

    Make a speech during an interview Adesope LiveD’Banj described legal and personal battles as unfortunate and called for reconciliation. The dispute centers on Peter Okoye’s $1 million fraud charge against Jude Okoye and his company Northside Entertainment.

    D’Banj revealed that he had recently had a private conversation with Peter on a flight where they discussed the lingering tensions. He expressed optimism that the brothers could still reach friendly resolutions, especially given the enormous value of their music catalogue, which he likened to “Gold.”

    D’Banj stressed the importance of their legacy, and D’Banj said that even if P-Square never shows together again, both sides should find a way to resolve their differences peacefully. He also recalled the past President Olusegun Obasanjo Once you personally intervene in a financial dispute involving football legends Jay Jay Okocha And urge government authorities and industry elders to do the same for Okoyes.

    D’Banj ended his call for respected figures and institutions to mediate the dispute, emphasizing that unity within the music industry is crucial to the continued growth of the industry.
