On an exciting night in the Champions League quarter-finals, Aston Villa and Dortmund’s Dortmund performed well, but ultimately Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, who eventually earned their own position in the semi-finals based on the overall results.

At Villa Park, Aston Villa made a complimentary effort to PSG, losing the Champions League 5-4 after a 3-2 victory in the second leg.

The game started with the challenge at home, while Saint-Germain shocked the crowd with Achraf Hakimi’s goal in the 11th minute, while Nuno Mendes put Villa in an unstable position in the 27th minute.

However, Unai Emery’s squad showed great resilience. Youri Tielemans made a comeback by scoring in the 34th minute, which inspired the villa’s loyal hope.

The home team then quickly hit two goals from John McGinn and Ezri Konsa in the 55th minute, and just two minutes later, Ezri Konsa turned the trend and gave Villa 3-2 that night.

Despite their courageous efforts, PSG’s initial 3-1 advantage in the first leg proved decisiveness, allowing them to stick to and advance to the Champions League semifinals.

In Germany, Borussia Dortmund faces a difficult task after his first round to Barcelona. They won the challenge with a 3-1 victory in the return game.

Night star Serhou Guirassy showed off his amazing ability to start with a great hat trick, starting with a fine in the 11th minute.

He further expanded Dortmund’s lead in the 49th and 76th minute goals, raising interest from the family crowd.

However, in the 54th minute, Ramy Bensebaini accidentally redirected the ball to his own net, the disaster struck Dortmund.

As a result, Dortmund’s efforts were insufficient as Barcelona advanced to the Champions League semi-finals with a total score of 5-3, as their first game performance.

The results of these matches mean that both Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona will compete in the Champions League semi-finals and face potential frustration in their second leg.
