Some of the women on X have long been married, and their regrets have also revealed the reasons why they do not recommend other women.
Two of the women said they got married in their twenties and divorced in their twenties.
They added that they had advocated early marriage, but their position on the matter changed.
One of the women wrote: “I got married at the age of 23 and no longer married. I do not recommend this, especially when men are much older.
“At 23, I thought I knew everything, and about 3 months later I turned 27, let me tell you that I was 23, I know nothing! I don’t even know myself.”
Another quoted the tweet and wrote that she was married at the age of 22 but is now divorced.
She wrote: “I am 22. I am no longer married. I am 28. I look back and I am no longer 22.”
“I used to be the champion of early marriage, but not so much anymore. You’ll change, it’s better to do that when you don’t have a wife’s expectations.”
