This was recently in the jungle justice in Edo State, resulting in nearly 20 deaths.
Ulomi, Edo Jungle Justice – What actually happened
The Nigeria Daily Report recalls a group of travelers who intercepted Vigilantes in the community on March 27, 2025 in the Udie Enfadio community in Uromi, Edo State on March 27, 2025.
It was found that travelers were using Danish guns, commonly used in the north.
The alerts alerted the people, and this behavior aroused anger among the people and led to jungle justice.

In the Edo Massacre, a total of 16 people were burned and 6 were confirmed dead.
Arewa Youth Stage Protests on Urumi Massacre
Although many believe that the victims of Edo jungle justice are Fulani herders planning an attack in the state, a handful of young people in northern Nigeria, commonly known as Areva young people, protested above, saying the victims are being celebrated on Eid Festival.
