The EFCC has announced that Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu, colleague of Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, expressed hope for allegations of money laundering and investment fraud.

The name of Achimugu has surfaced before, involving a report by Governor Sanwo-Olu, who participated in her 50th birthday celebration in Grenada.
The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has announced that Lagos State Governor Babajid Sanwo-olu’s colleague Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu, who hopes to accuse money laundering and investment fraud.
The anti-planting agency announced the news in a statement from its media and publicity director Dele Oyewale, urging any useful information about the whereabouts of Achimugu to contact the committee.
According to the EFCC, Achimugu’s photos appeared on it, and she was wanted in the case of alleged criminal conspiracy and money laundering.

“The public is hereby notified that the EFCC has requested Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu in cases of suspected criminal conspiracy and money laundering,” the statement said.
The name of Achimugu has surfaced previously, involving Governor Sanwo-Olu, who attended her 50th birthday celebration on January 24 in Grenada, the Caribbean island.
According to Premium Times, Sanwo-Olu reportedly traveled by private jet and lived in one of the most luxurious resorts in the world.
