The EFCC agent of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission arrested Nwobo Williams Chibuike, a forged land supplier in Abuja.
In a statement Wednesday, April 23, 2025, the EFCC said that NWOBO was arrested for allegedly defrauding the public, the plot was extended through fake lands, Kpeyegyi and Jikoyi villages extended in the east of Kurudu, Sabon Lugbe, all of which are located in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, FCT.
Investigations showed that, Chibuike, self-styled Managing Director of C&C Reality & Construction Limited, Dream-Krest Homes and Properties Limited and Dan Faith Shelters Limited, was marketing fictitious and non-existing landed properties in several locations in the FCT and getting his victims to make payments ranged from N60,000,000( Sixty Million Naira), N24,000,000( Twenty- Four Million Naira), N11,000,000 (in Karsana, Pyakasa, Jikwoyi, Kurudu, Katampe Extension, Guzape 2, Kuje, Kuje, Kuje and other locations, in Karsana, Pyakasa, Jikwoyi, Kuje and other locations, in Karsana, Pyakasa, Jikwoyi, Kuje 2, Kuje and other locations.
The Commission’s inquiry to the Federal Capital Development Agency FCDA shows that Chibuike and its agents are selling and selling are real.
Once the investigation is found, the suspect will be prosecuted immediately.
