FFK’s Femi Fani-Kayode praised Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who declared a state of emergency.
This comes after the president declared a state of emergency in Rivers State after a series of political turmoil.

FFK responds to Tinubu’s state of emergency declaration
FFK reacted to this through his Facebook page, describing Tinubu as a father who stepped in to help his “children” solve their differences.
His statement reads;
“Bola Ahmed Tinubu declared a state of emergency in Rivers State is a bold and commendable move that will restore peace and sanity to the nation. I also believe that this will go a long way to bringing all the major players back to their senses in a conflict. When children refuse to fight with their father, they must give in so that they don’t burn the house. ”

This is after Nigerian actresses and politicians, whom Hilda Dokubo calls his declaration shameless.
She also accused the president of wanting to “catch the economic soul of River State.”
