Afrobeats’ sensation, David Adeleke (commonly known as Davido) called his wife Chioma Adeleke the main pillar of success, showing that his career and business risks suffer when their career and business risks are not good.
Speech in a recent interview Breakfast Clubthe DMW boss revealed the impact of his marriage life on his career journey. According to Davido, Chioma has had a special impact on him even before he got married.
“My wife has always had something on me since she was a child.” He shared. “Every time I fight her, anything bad happens to my business. She has that kind of grace to me.”
Reflecting on their long-term relationship, the singer revealed that they met at school at the age of 18 and 17, respectively, and have been together for more than a decade. Their bond has gone from friendship to romance and is now married.
Davido also talks about Chioma’s relationship with her children in other relationships, especially her bond with her daughter. Haley. “My kids love her, especially my daughter. Sometimes I’m afraid to bring my kids to her, but there’s some growth.” He added.
