Nnamdi Azikiwe University lecturer Dr. Chukwudi Michael Okoye was captured in a lecturer in Nukka in a viral video allegedly by Precient Mbakwe tyed thed’s butt, who came to share his story with the happening The statement of things.
In a media interview with the school taught in the Department of Drama Arts and Film Studies, he said.
“When I looked along the lady in the hallway, I was leaving the classroom to go to the office. She was making a Tiktok video and I needed to pass, so I just patted her and said please forgive me for leaving. When she made an insulting comment, I had to first determine if she was a student in the department and then I noticed that it was a Tiktok video that needed her to delete it. I actually asked her to delete it in front of me. When she refused, I reached out and confiscated the phone, and that was when all hell was relaxing”
He said he will no longer comment on the incident when he waits for an investigation team established by the school to investigate the incident.
