    FG, State, LGS Share ₦1.678Trn February Revenue, FAAC Conference

    • The FAAC shares the sum of $1.678 trillion of federal account revenues representing February 2025.

    • Revenues were allocated at the FAAC meeting in Abuja in March 2025, chaired by the Minister of Finance and Minister of Economic Coordination Wale Edun.

    • The total distributable income includes distributable statutory income, distributable value-added tax (VAT) income, and electronic currency transfer tax (EMTL) income.

    The Federal Account Allocation Commission (FAAC) shared a sum of $1.678 trillion, representing federal account revenues for February 2025, and shared with federal, state and local governments.

    Revenues were allocated at the FAAC meeting in Abuja in March 2025, chaired by the Minister of Finance and Minister of Economic Coordination Wale Edun.

    According to a communiqué issued by FAAC, the total distributed revenue compiled distributed status revenue of ₦827.633 billion, distributed Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue of ₦609.430 billion, Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL) revenue of ₦35.171 billion, Solid Minerals revenue of ₦28.218 billion, and Augmentation of ₦178

    The communiqué said that total revenue in February 2025 was US$2.344 trillion.

    The total deduction for collection costs is 8.9092 billion, while the total transfer, intervention, refunds and savings is 57.7097 billion.

    FAAC: FG, State, LGAS Share N1.703 trillion January 2025 Revenue

    The federal government, state and local government councils shared 1.703 trillion n1.703 trillion in federal account revenue in January 2025.

    This figure is a significant increase of 19.6%, or 2.79 billion guilds compared to revenue in December 2024.
