    Forbes reveals Aliko Dangote’s latest ranking of the world’s richest (see New Net Worth)

    According to the latest Forbes ranking, Africa’s richest individual, Aliko Dangote, has been ranked 86th richest in the world.

    Naija News According to Forbes, the business tycoon’s net worth soared to $23.9 billion, reflecting a valuation of $12.9 billion on February 18, 2023, reflecting an 85.27% increase of 85.27% (or another 11 billion) Dollar).

    Forbes attributes Dante’s financial growth to his 92.3% stake in Dangote oil refinery and Petrochemical.

    In January 2024, the 650,000 barrels per day (BPD) facility began refining crude into diesel, Naphtha and Jet Fuel, expanding operations to include nine months after gasoline production.

    To maintain and increase production, the refinery obtained approximately 24 million barrels of Nigerian crude in October and November 2024.

    In addition, starting from January 28, 2025, the facility will receive up to 12 million barrels of crude oil from the United States.

    On February 10, 2025, the refinery announced that it can achieve full operational capabilities within the next 30 days.

    Meanwhile, Tesla CEO, Elon Muskstill the richest person in the world, with a net worth of $393.2 billion.

    Followed by Meta’s co-founder Mark Zuckerberghe ranked second with $247.2 billion in property, and Amazon’s founder Jeff Bezosranked third with a price of US$240.1 billion.
