Kim Delaney, known for Emmy’s role as Diane Russell NYPD BlueBoth were arrested this weekend after a family dispute with partner James Morgan.
Police responded to Delaney’s return home in Los Angeles around 10 a.m. Saturday after reporting on domestic harassment, according to law enforcement sources. The couple’s fierce arguments were reportedly escalated into physical confrontation, prompting authorities to intervene.
Caregivers arrived to assess any injuries and they were detained after medically clearing Draenei and Morgan. Delaney was booked for allegedly causing injuries that could cause serious injuries, and Morgan faces misdemeanor charges of domestic violence.
This is not the first time Delaney has encountered legal trouble. She was arrested for drunk driving in Malibu in 2002 and faced a crash lawsuit in 2024 after allegedly fleeing the scene of a motorcycle accident in Los Angeles.
