A former top referee has been sentenced to more than 12 years in jail for R@PE and SXUAL ASS@Euts in 2009. Steven Wilson, 55, formerly known as Rowley Regis in the West Midlands, was sentenced to nine years in prison at Worcester Crown Court for his victims suffering from “degeneration and humiliation” at his former residence.
Wilson’s victim was attracted by former officials from the taxi level in downtown Worcester after the man promised to take him to a party with “a lot of girls.” The victim did not know Wilson and had never seen him, and he arrived at Worcester’s apartment and found the house empty, Wilson locked the door behind them and grabbed him in the apartment. After putting the porn video on TV, Wilson forced the man to verbally SX him. Later he sxally ass @ul ule ul him. The victim was trapped in the apartment for three to four hours, and Detective Constable Chris Hawkes led the investigation, calling his ordeal “terrible.” Wilson’s victim was very scared when he was trapped in his apartment when he didn’t know Wilson or his abilities. “Wilson finally allowed him to leave the apartment, his horrible ordeal lasted three to four hours. “The victim wasn’t sure Wilson was reading an article online until after 2021 that detailed his conviction – Steven Dorr – in November 2011 related to a teenage boy. Wilson was described as “sly and manipulative” and sentenced a 15-month sentence under the auspices of Patrick Thomas QC for attempting sexual contact with the fictional 15-year-old man by text messages. The crime took place in an incident that led Wilson to invite two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old to a “night of entertainment” on Valentine’s Day in 2010. Wilson offered the boys the people he had participated in sex with and offered to give sex for an imagined underage boy after a text message Wilson claimed his “friend” was available. Wilson was also convicted of a crime against the Sex Crime Prevention Order (SOPO), which prohibited him from contacting children under the age of 17 and failed to inform authorities that he traveled with a toddler group while attending the 2010 World Cup football match in South Africa in 2010. He received a three-year community order in January of that year after pleading guilty to 10 counts of downloading child pornography, which SOPO was founded in January of that year. Wilson’s referee career ended with revelation, Revelation in 2009 and saw him stand out from the national referee list.
