Popular Nigerian Evangelion Minister Olanrewaju Bolaji has passed away.
News of his death was shared with the public through statements issued by his family.
Big B, who died on Easter Saturday, April 19 (today’s Easter) after a brief illness last night on April 18 during his performance last night.
He died at the age of 50.
May his soul rest in peace, amen.
A statement issued by his family reads in part;
We announce the passing of Bolaji Olarewaju as a deep sorrow, a affectionately known as “Big B”, a precious father, husband, brother and respected figure in the church community, an appointed pastor in the RCCG, and a giant in the music industry and our community. After a brief illness, Boraji left us on Easter Saturday, April 19, 2025.
“His departure left an irreplaceable gap.
Details about obsecies will be shared in due course as we gather to celebrate Boraji’s extraordinary life and heritage.
