In the early hours of Thursday, April 4, unknown gunmen kidnapped the coordinator of the NGBO Central Development Center of the Ohaukwu Local Government Region of Ebony.
The incident occurred around midnight in the Okposhi Eheku community and has caused shock waves through local groups. Witnesses said the assailant disguised as a soldier rushed into her residence and asked her to open the door.
According to the gathering, when she refused, questioned her identity, the men waved their guns and overwhelmed her and drove her to an unknown destination.
Eboni State Police spokesman Joshua Ukandu confirmed the incident, saying anti-Kidnapping squads are working to ensure the safe rescue of the victims.
