    He is a raging Rouser

The presidency has responded enormously to the recent criticism of Senator Ali Ndume’s alleged appointment by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, calling the MP’s remarks hypocrisy and division.

Ndume, representing Borno South, accused President Tinubu of violating the Constitution through his appointment that he claimed to be unbalanced and unfairly distributed across regions. His comments sparked widespread discussion and debate, especially on the president’s inclusive approach to administration.

Information and strategy, he shared in a statement, Bayo Onanuga, the president’s special counsel, dismissed Ndume’s claim, noting: “Senator Ali Ndume’s latest outbreak on television involves the wording, hypocrisy and selective perceptions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”

Onanuga defended the president’s appointment strategy, asserting that “the president’s appointment is – and will continue to spread based on merit, integrity, geographical location, and has excellent ability to serve the people of Nigeria rather than the tribal arithmetic of Ndume.”

He urged senators to take greater responsibility in public statements. “We urge Ndume to raise public discourse and avoid misunderstandings and unfounded criticism. This is not good for the expectations of the country and Nigerian senators,” Onanuga said.

He also pointed to his so-called Ndume’s selective memory regarding the appointments benefiting from the region. While Senator Borno, who is a fair moral authority, has forgotten to tell his interviewer that he has two relatives in his most recent NNPC highest appointment. The chairman appointed by President Tinubu comes from the Senate District of Ndume. The choice of Tinubu and its agents is “Tribal and of tere of”, which is how New York City in New York, worked hard.

Onanuga further criticized Ndume’s political behavior, saying: “As a politician, Ndume proved time and time again that he was allergic to facts and dramatizes.

He reiterated the end of the President’s commitment to national unity. “President Tinob is deeply committed to fostering a government that embraces all Nigerians regardless of their race or regional affiliation. His goal is to leverage the diversity of our country to achieve a common goal: to build a prosperous Nigeria.”
