Social media financial commentator Emmanuel Obruste, better known as GehGeh, sparked discussion during a recent appearance on the Honest Bunch podcast.
The internet personality joined the podcast to discuss the ongoing marital issues between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko, a situation that has attracted widespread attention in Nigeria and social media circles.
In the widely circulated video, GehGeh was seen wearing the attire of the principal, representing his GehGeh Smart University. A podcast host commented on his unique costume, and GehGeh responded that his intention was to honor and praise Ned Nwoko. He noted that Nwoko embodied many of the principles he espoused.
GehGeh emphasized that his teachings are intended to be applied to real life, rather than simply claiming an affiliation with his university. He praised Nwoko as a “student” whose conduct during the marital crisis made him proud.
He also pointed out that some people claim to be his students just for the sake of status rather than actually practicing the lessons.
Since the establishment of GehGeh Wisdom University, many celebrities have attended his courses and taken notes. Notably, Davido’s assistant Israel DMW was spotted attending a meeting with friends a few months ago.
Amid the chaos surrounding Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko, Gregg announced plans to send Nwoko a certificate acknowledging his behavior during their marriage. He explained the reasons behind the award and confirmed that he would be mailing the certificate soon.
In his words:
“I want to appreciate Ned Nwoko, he really practices it when I preach. When people say I am a GehGeh student, you practice it when I preach, but you just want people to say you are a man.”
