Soldiers from the Hebach board of directors of Kano State University arrested a man after suspicious activity in Kano State.
The 24-year-old suspect (identified as Shamsu Yakubu) was arrested and the video showed him licking the goat’s genitals, shared online.
Yakubu instructs another person to record him when the act is committed.
This happened in the Dawakin Kudu local government area of Kano State.
After being arrested and interrogated, he suspected that he had licked and added that he only had his mouth in the area.
“I swear to Allah, I didn’t lick the goat. I just put my mouth near the area,” Jacob said
Sheikh Aminuddeen Abubakar confirmed the arrest of the deputy commander-in-chief.
“One tragic thing is that a Muslim man would use such shameful behavior to disregard all religious and moral values. This person obviously lacks any correct understanding of Islam. His pursuit of cheap social media shamed him,”
