Here are your tips for adding a link to the Start Menu in Windows 7.
Right-click Start and click Explore
Once Windows Explorer is opened, in the wide right pane, right-click and select New/Shortcuts
In the Enter the location of the project box, enter the URL of the website you want to create. An example is (without quotes) “https://ogbongeblog.com”
Click Next
In the Type a name for this shortcut, in the box, enter any name of the link you want to display in the Start menu.
Click to finish
Now click on the Start menu and you will see the new link you just created.
Try clicking it and it will open the website.
