
Nigerian rapper and songwriter Lil Kesh reveals his long journey to mental health, revealing his experiences with anxiety and undiagnosed ADHD.
In a candid interview, he said: “I don’t want to be sure of ADHD, but I have ADHD.”
Although Lil Kesh has not been diagnosed with a clinical diagnosis, “I diagnosed myself, but trust me, I know.”
He explained that while many people casually label themselves ADHD, his case is even deeper. “Everyone has a special ADHD for them. But when it’s a disease, it’s bad. I’ve had a share of this disease since I was a kid.”
He said this anxiety worsened in life in the spotlight and other personal challenges. One of his biggest incentives? uncertain.
He shared: “I don’t think I know, the lack of clarity…it’s a thing that can make me anxious.”
“Once I know what I’m dealing with, or what type of emotion I’m really feeling, or what the hell is my problem, then halfway it,” he added
