    • Nigerian food influencer Opeyami nightain reviewed item 7, a popular restaurant in Ibadan, Oyo State.
    • His comments, shared in a video, sparked widespread discussion online.
    • Farmakin noted that he has received many recommendations for the restaurant from locals.

Nigerian food influencer, Opeyemi Famakin’s latest review of a popular restaurant in Ibadan, Oyo State has once again set the internet ablaze.

In a recently shared video, Famakin detailed his visit to Item 7, a famous fast food restaurant recommended by many locals. However, this reviewer admitted that rather than having a memorable dining experience, he was “confused”.

    He said in the clip:

“I was told to try out item 7 in Ibadan. Which I did, to be honest This was the first time I found bones in shawarma! “

Famakin, who recently got married secretly, noted that while the shawarma was delicious, meaty and well-seasoned, finding bones in it greatly affected his enjoyment.

“Actually, it’s not bad. Meaty But that bone ruined it. It would be even more perfect if they took it out. ” he added.

Farmakin is known for his candid and humorous reviews, and he doesn’t hesitate to rate other menu items as well. He gave the fried rice a 3.5 out of 10, calling it bland and underwhelming:

“Fried rice… no. I don’t think I’ll ever have it again.”

He was a little more generous in his assessment of the Jollof rice, rating it 5.5 out of 10 and describing it as “basic but acceptable.”

Overall, Famakin rated the experience in item 7, “Ibadan,” 5.2 out of 10.

@_tosinsilverdam: “Ikeja is very good and Sharwama is amazing”

@bizlift: “For the price, it’s not bad. Jollof always does. I just have a problem with the food smelling and tasting the same every time.”

@mrlilgaga: “Sir this is not an Ibadan thing, item 7 nationwide (Ilorin, Ibadan and Lagos) uses the same formula so can we pass this”

@alyusrohmodestwears: “Goodbye, their food tastes much better than all these big restaurants that charge high prices, item7’s food is also worthy of the price, do you expect 2k food that requires 100,000 ingredients? To the owner of item7, don’t spoil o. Even a biker can afford it. Alaanu awon singles ati mekunu ni boboyen”
