    • Biola Bayo, 52, has rejected multiple marriage proposals in search of a truly compatible partner.
    • She has not made her position compare to her position and has prioritized the right choice.
    • Akintola highlights that many women are eager to get married for incorrect reasons.

In a recent chat with Biola Bayo, the 52-year-old revealed that she had rejected many marriage proposals because she had not met a partner who was truly suitable for her. She stressed that staying single would not bother her, pointing out that choosing the right person is much more important than paying social pressure.

Akintola observed that many women were rushed to marry for false reasons, a trend she believes contributed to the height of broken houses and divorce rates in Nigeria.

The actress also stressed the importance of raising boys and girls with equal responsibility. She said that young men should be taught as much as young women. According to her, any father’s man should accept full responsibility rather than proceeding with school or other programs as if nothing had happened.

In addressing online harassment, Akintola advises women to focus on men who work hard and are willing to grow together rather than just based on wealth.

She said: “For me, the person who has not found my partner and I want to spend the rest of my life with me, I don’t think it’s negative. I’ve mentioned it many times and I can’t say it.

“Are you just getting married because people say they get married? Looking at the divorce ratings in Nigeria now, it’s soaring. Some people get married before their marriage breaks down and then they leave the reception.

“Teaten your sons that their bodies are the temple of God, just as you teach your daughters. Once you immerse a girl, dear, you will never have a school again.

“Don’t focus on rich people. A man who works hard and is ready to grow with you.”
