A Nigerian woman has shared a moving testimony about how her life transformed after two years of hardship.

In a video shared by Deknown Peacock that went viral on TikTok, the woman tearfully recounted how she and her six children were evicted by their landlord, leaving them homeless and without a place to live.

Without anyone to help them, they sought shelter in an unfinished building, which became their temporary refuge.

“If you see this video, please thank God for me,” she said, her voice shaking. “I have plenty of reasons to be grateful. Everyone has their struggles, but mine is overwhelming.”

Pointing to abandoned buildings, she explained how they endured harsh conditions just to have a place to sleep. She added:

“My six kids and I slept here after the landlord kicked us out. It’s honestly the nicest unfinished building I’ve ever lived in.”

Later, she showed her new home to everyone with joy and expressed her heartfelt gratitude: “I have experienced so much in just two years. Look what God has done. This is my own house.”

Her testimony touched many people online. One viewer wrote, “God is perfect in everything. A changer of destiny.” Another added, “When your time comes, even a basket can hold water. Congratulations.”
