    • Nollywood actor and movie producer, Yul Edochie has denied rumors that he is estranged from his children with his first wife, May Edochie.
    • He emphasized that he maintains a healthy relationship with his children.
    • Edochie shared these insights on the ctruths podcast.

Nollywood actor and movie producer, Yul Edochie has denied reports that he is estranged from his children with his first wife, May Edochie, saying they still have a healthy relationship.

The actor recently made this clarification on the KaaTruths podcast, where he opened up about various aspects of his life, including marriage, political ambitions, family, and career.

In the interview, Yule addressed public speculation about his relationship with his three children. He revealed that he recently had a conversation with his son, who told him about enrolling in college and attending the matriculation ceremony.

Yul explained that he was unable to attend the event because he did not receive the information early enough.

He also clarified why he no longer shares photos or updates about his children with May on social media. According to him, a court order related to their ongoing divorce proceedings prohibits both parties from posting about their children online.

“The reason I don’t put my kids with May is not because we’re not close,” he said. “There was a court order directing us to stop fostering the children. I still maintain close contact with them and I also support my sons financially through their mother.”

Yule went on to respond in the interview when asked if he was honest about his relationship with his estranged wife.

“The main problem is not on social media. I’d rather say nothing. I don’t want to say my ex-wife did this, my ex-wife did that. Real men don’t deal with issues like this. It’s all a family matter and no one is perfect.”

@Eulender Dzonga: “I watched the whole interview. Odogwu, God has blessed you with wisdom. I really admire the way you answered the questions. You are a noble person with great character and I learned a lot from this interview. I learned that focus, consistency and commitment can make us who we want to be and we should ignore the noise of others. Hello sir.”

@Yvonne Adodo: “Odogwu is not a person’s name, Yul you are a king.”

@Cynthia Agbo: “Why didn’t the courts give May the same order to keep the children away.”

@Mebs Mebs: “You’re talking to your kid, but you hear the day before graduation that he’s enrolled in school?”

@Isa’ac Gloria: “You are too old to entertain 20 year old data boys and girls on social media but you have been dancing with your chick for years. Abasi mbong.”
