- He shared his experience on social media, highlighting his unhealthy past.

Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has opened up about the inspiration behind his significant weight loss, clarifying that his transformation was the result of intentional lifestyle changes and not health complications.
The “Oleku” hitmaker took to social media to share his journey, admitting that he had been living in an unhealthy state for a long time and felt like he was “on the verge of exploding.” He said his eating habits and general lifestyle were taking a toll on his body, prompting him to make changes.
Ice Prince credits his friend, music producer Chopstix, and a co-worker named Dami with inspiring him to start his fitness journey. According to him, the turning point came when Chopstix nonchalantly told him to “lose the belly,” a comment that encouraged him to take his health seriously.
He recalled Joe Pusticks coming to his house every evening so they could walk around his property for about an hour. He said these walks are not only physical exercise but also therapeutic moments filled with meaningful conversations.
It’s his birthday on October 30, and Ice Prince revealed that he plans to release new music to celebrate, proudly noting that he’ll be doing it with a “new body.”
He also advises fans to avoid artificial substances or weight loss shortcuts and instead encourage natural health. The rapper concluded his remarks by reminding that “health is wealth” and expressing gratitude for his personal growth and his friends who have supported him along the way.
His words…
“God has been so wonderful to my life…a short story!!
Really about to explode.. no disease (God bless) just bad habits and choices, but then Chopstix and Dami said “let’s chill the ice in my belly” and that really sparked something in my brain and got me activated.. From that meeting my brother Chopstix started coming to my house every day after dinner and we all walked around my estate for an hour, for PhD students it was usually unoo chopper gist na Haha but our conversations during our walks are priceless to me, like everything else we have talked about since we were kids! ! ! Bas shot fa ma true fren🥂
October 30th is my birthday and I will be putting out new music in my new body. I will have fuller boobs next year lol, but please note, if mother nature can’t do it, don’t accept it…health is wealth! See you in three days #HealthyLiving”
