Indian teenager claims she was slapped by nearly 60 classmates, neighbors, relatives and strangers in five years

A 13-year-old girl is allegedly the daughter of a wage labourer from one of India’s communities, and she allegedly abused S3x’s abuse in a neighbor in the village where she lives.
Her alleged abuser filmed the incident in 2020, and police are investigating whether he used the images to blackmail and manipulate the girl for R@Ped and abused by dozens of other men and boys over the next five years.

Police said the allegations came to know about the allegations after the 118-year-old girl spoke with a counselor who visited her at Kerala State University and detailed years of horrible abuse.

Kerala Police Deputy Inspector General Ajeetha Begum said a total of 58 men and boys were arrested and charged with sexual assault, R@PE and the girl’s Gang R@PE , while two men fled the country. .

According to interviews by local police, the defendants included her classmates, her relatives, and her neighbors – men from every corner of their lives, from minors to the mid-40s.

No charges have been filed and 58 men remain in custody. None of the defendants spoke publicly about the allegations. The girl has not been identified under the Indian rape law.

Although the law has been revised to include tougher punishment for abusers, violence against women has been rampant in India due to high levels of gender discrimination and patriarchy.

In August, R@PE and Murd3r of a trainee doctor in the eastern city of Kolkata triggered a nationwide doctor strike, which drove thousands of streets into the streets to demand change.
