The tragic incident happened on February 10, 2025, because Havsor mysteriously disappeared.

Hafsoh, a student at the Ilorin College of Education, Kwara State, ended up watching the naming ceremony of the day she disappeared. Witnesses said she was having a meal when she received the call and left the event and could never see it again. Her family reported her disappearance to the Oja OBA Police Department the next day, prompting a rigorous search.

Investigators tracked Hafsoh’s last appeal, who lives in the offfa garage in Ilorin, despite his home in Isalekoto. Initially, Bello denied any knowledge of her whereabouts, but while searching for his residence, the officer discovered a creepy scene. Hafsoh’s limbs were found in a bowl, and tools suspected of being used for crime.

Bello claims Hafsoh died of asthma after visiting his home. However, forensic evidence, including a table with dismemberment tools, is also recommended. Police sources revealed that Belo was the son of a famous Islamic clergy from Isalekoto, who recently passed away.

Kwara State Police Department Pro, SP Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi confirmed the case, calling it “terrible” and ensuring a full investigation is underway. “About 18:00 hours, on November 2, 2015, her father Ibrahim A. Lawal reported a missing person in C-Class Oja-Oba and arrested a suspect.
