It was reported that when Omotayo faced Funke Akindele, Ibrahim Chatta’s village had a confrontation, accusing her of having an affair with FEMI, causing property damage in the hotel, which Femi later compensated.
After returning to Lagos, tensions escalated, and Omatayo threatened to undermine Femi’s Netflix contract and demeaned Funke Akindele, prompting Femi to leave her home and secure an apartment on the island.
Gislover also mentioned that Omatayo survived a serious car accident, which allowed her father-in-law to avoid interfering in the marriage.
