- Social commentator Morris Monye has weighed in on the ongoing speculation surrounding Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko’s marriage.
- Moyer said he knew “it was only a matter of time” when she mentioned old videos of Regina filming her husband in the bathroom.
- His comments quickly went viral, sparking mixed reactions online

Social commentator Maurice Moyer has joined the online discussion surrounding the alleged marital crisis between actress Regina Daniels and her billionaire husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
Moyer brought up a past incident on X (formerly Twitter) where Regina Daniels shared a light-hearted video of her husband peeing in the toilet, saying it was at that moment that he knew the marriage might be in trouble one day.
He wrote:
“The moment she filmed him peeing in the toilet, I knew it was only a matter of time…”
His comments, though brief, went viral – with many social media users arguing that public displays of certain private moments in a marriage often lead to deeper rifts later on.
The post drew mixed reactions. While some users accused Moyer of mocking Regina over her alleged marital woes, others said his comments reflected the dangers of oversharing on social media.

In other news… Police in Abuja reportedly fired tear gas at protesters demanding the release of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, in a viral video that has sparked outrage.
A #FreeNnamdiKanuNow peaceful rally led by activist Omoyele Sowore was held in the Federal Capital Territory on Monday. Sowore, Kanu’s lawyer Aloy Ejimakor and other supporters chanted for Kanu’s freedom before police allegedly used tear gas to disperse the crowd.
Kanu has been in DSS custody since his arrest in Kenya in 2021, despite a court order granting him bail. Rights groups and activists continue to call his detention illegal and politically motivated.
The incident drew widespread condemnation on social media, with many accusing authorities of using excessive force against peaceful protesters.
