- Canadian-based Nigerian doctor Chuks has reacted to the ongoing feud between VeryDarkMan and Blord over iPhone upgrades.
- He used the analogy of airport pricing, explaining that what people call “copycats” is just business, noting that buyers can choose to shop elsewhere.

A Canadian-Nigerian doctor named Chuks has shared his thoughts on the ongoing saga between content creator VeryDarkMan and businessman Blord.
In a widely circulated post, Dr. Chucks compared the situation to pricing disparities at airports, explaining that what some refer to as “copying” is just business practice.
he wrote“Someone can buy a jug of water for $1 (£1,500) outside the airport, but once you’re inside the airport, the same jug of water can be sold for $10 (£15,000). That’s the business – you can call it a rip, but it’s not. Plus, you can always go elsewhere and buy it cheaper because no one is forcing you.”
His comments come amid an online debate over iPhone upgrades between VeryDarkMan and Blord, with some raising questions about fair pricing and honest transactions.

In other news… Nigerian man Usman Zannah has reflected on an unusual twist of fate as he marked the eighth wedding anniversary of his best friend Aliyu and his ex-girlfriend.
Usman revealed that the incident dates back to 2017, when he asked his best friend to test his girlfriend’s loyalty by trying to woo her. However, the move takes an unexpected turn as the woman accepts Aliyu’s advances and a romantic relationship develops between the two.
What started as a test of fidelity soon blossomed into a marriage, and the couple later welcomed a child.
Usman first shared the story in 2019, noting at the time that his ex-girlfriend and best friend had been married for two years.
“Today marks exactly two years since I sent my best friend Aliyu to try and date my girlfriend to test and confirm if she could accept other men instead of me. They are now married with a child,” he tweeted at the time.
In a new update posted on Thursday, October 23, 2025, Usman revisited the viral tweet, revealing that the couple’s family has since grown.
“Three kids now and counting,” he wrote.
His post reignited online discussions about trust, friendship and the unpredictability of relationships.
